UGG
The story begins in 1978, on the West Coast of America, amidst a group of surfers. The origin of UGGs can be traced back to Brian Smith, who was enthusiastic about sheepskin boots and arrived with a bag full of these boots. His passion for the soft and comfortable sheepskin convinced him to bring these boots to the market.
By 1980, UGG quickly became a symbol of the laid-back lifestyle in California. Initially, these lined shoes could only be found in surf shops along the coast. As the weather got colder, ski shops also recognized the potential of these comfortable boots and began offering them.
Celebrities
By the end of the 1990s, celebrities discovered the casual boots and brought them to the attention of the fashion world. Today, UGGs can be found all over the world and have become an iconic brand synonymous with comfort and style.
UGG Boots have become a staple in the urban landscape. As soon as the temperatures drop, people retrieve their UGGs from the closet and rock them in street style.
Exclusive and popular models are:
UGG Tazz Slipper Chestnut, UGG Tazz in Mustard Seed and UGG Tasman Slipper Mustard Seed.
Are my UGGs true to size?
For the Classic Collection, we suggest ordering a size smaller if you’re a whole size or half a size smaller if you fall in between sizes. On the other hand, the fashion boots and the rain and weather styles typically align more accurately with standard sizing and often come in half sizes.
